How Refresh works
Ability to upgrade*
With Refresh you can upgrade your appliances after the minimum upgrade term. At this time you can choose a new appliance, regardless of value, and start a new Refresh agreement without incurring any fees or charges.
For example:
You purchase a computer on a 3 year agreement.
After 18 months a new faster model is released; or perhaps you now want or need a bigger, smaller or different model.
You can upgrade or downgrade depending on the model after only 18 months without penalty.
Apply to buy
With Refresh you can apply to buy the appliance you are leasing at any time during the agreement. If your offer represents fair market value then Refresh will always consider it.
Fees and charges
Refresh has no application or monthly account keeping fees.
Service or extended warranty
You have two choices when it comes to ensuring your Refresh appliance is always covered:
- You can add service cover provided by Refresh. This covers you for the term of the agreement.
- You can choose an extended warranty provided by Clive Peeters. This can be financed over the term of the agreement.
Tax deductible
If you run a business or use your goods for business purposes, your monthly Refresh payments may be up to 100% tax deductible.
You should always seek the advice of your accountant or tax advisor if you are unsure about how leasing can work for you at tax time.
How to Refresh
The easy way to complete a Refresh application is by calling the Refresh Finance Centre on 1800 082 936. You'll speak directly with a trained Refresh consultant who can answer any questions you may have.
Of course you can also pop into your nearest Clive Peeters store and have a chat with your friendly Clive Peeters sales consultant. They'll help you choose your new appliances and assist you with your Refresh application. It's just another way we make things easy for you!
Peace of mind
If a leased appliance is stolen or lost in a fire and you've chosen debt waiver with your Refresh lease, the contract is simply voided and no penalties apply.
You simply go back to the store of purchase and Refresh a replacement model of your choice. It's that easy!
